3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

Everex intends to use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• send newsletters to Users who have activated the relevant Service ("Newsletter");
• browse and interact with Everex Social Pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) ("Social Management");
• reviewing CVs and cover letters sent by candidates and contacting them, in the case of applications for jobs or internships, if these candidates have sent or submitted their applications through the Website ("Personnel Selection");
• allow Everex to provide personalized sales services to Everex dealers worldwide and send commercial communications ("Marketing");
• perform statistical processing on aggregate data in relation to the performance of the site;
• prevent and detect abuses of the Website or fraudulent activities carried out through the Website, and allow Everex to defend your rights (“Abuse / Fraud”);

4. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

6. MINORS

Minors under the age of 16 must not provide information or Personal Data to Everex without the consent of the parental responsibility exercisers over them. The processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational management methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above.

8. REDIRECT TO EXTERNAL SITES

The Everex website uses the so-called social plug-ins.

Social plug-ins are special tools that allow you to incorporate the functions of the social network directly into the website (Facebook and Instagram).

9. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The treatments connected to Everex web services take place at the headquarters of the Data Controller as well as at the headquarters of the website management company.

10. DURATION OF THE TREATMENT

In order to ensure compliance with the principles of necessity and proportionality of the processing, the Data Controller has identified different retention times for Personal Data in relation to the individual purposes pursued.

The Personal Data processed for Customer Management are kept for the period in which they have an account on the Website.
The Personal Data processed for Newsletter purposes will be kept until the user unsubscribes from the newsletter, using the link at the bottom of every e-mail sent.

The Personal Data processed for Social Management purposes will be kept for the period necessary to interact with the User.

Personal Data processed for Personnel Selection purposes are stored as follows. If no employment relationship is established with Everex, your Personal Data will be kept for a maximum of thirty-six (36) months from receipt of the CV or from the conclusion of the selection process.

For the purposes of managing disputes and any disputes, your Personal Data will be kept for the time strictly necessary for this purpose and, in any case, no later than the applicable limitation periods.

11. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Your personal data may be
processed by the following categories of subjects: (i) employees of the company functions appointed to pursue the aforementioned purposes, expressly authorized to process your Personal Data and duly instructed;
(ii) natural legal persons or who act as external data processors by carrying out outsourcing activities (by way of example: companies that offer website maintenance and development services, IT service providers, electronic platform managers);

12. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES

Everex does not carry out treatments that consist of automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
